1. What we collect
Account phone number and optional profile name; delivery addresses and location when you grant permission; order, payment, and support history; device and app diagnostics; and push tokens if you enable notifications.
2. How we use it
To authenticate you, fulfil and track orders, process payments, prevent fraud, improve reliability, and send transactional messages. Marketing messages only where permitted.
3. Sharing
We share what is needed with restaurants preparing your order, delivery partners fulfilling it, and payment processors. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and order records as required for operations, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise when no longer needed.
5. Security
Access tokens, OTPs, and secrets are handled with industry-standard controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report concerns to [email protected].
6. Your choices
You may update addresses in the app, revoke location or notification permission in device settings, and request account deletion by emailing support.
