1. Service
Yumzo is a food ordering and delivery marketplace. We connect customers with independent restaurants and delivery partners. Menu availability, preparation times, and delivery windows can change.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse OTP, payments, or partner systems.
3. Orders & payments
Prices, fees, and taxes shown at checkout are estimates until the order is confirmed. Payment may be cash on delivery or online through our payment provider. Refunds follow restaurant and platform policy for cancellations, unavailability, and failed deliveries.
4. Delivery
Delivery is performed by Yumzo partners or an integrated delivery platform. Tracking information is provided when available. You agree to be reachable at the drop address.
5. Restaurant partners
Partners using kitchen.yum-zo.vip remain responsible for food safety, licensing, and accurate menus. Settlements and remittances follow the partner agreement in force.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our APIs; place fraudulent orders; or harass riders, kitchen staff, or support.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yumzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after publication on yum-zo.vip means you accept the revised terms.
